The Role

As our Design Intern, you'll be:

• Designing assets for campaigns that actually get seen (and remembered).

• Creating visuals for social, web, decks, and occasionally something wild in the streets.

• Editing like a pro — video, motion, or Instagram carousels.

• Working with tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere (and maybe After Effects).

• Experimenting with AI tools to make your design process faster, better, weirder.

• Learning, laughing, and leveling up with a team that will push and support you.

What You’ll Learn (and rock at)

• Designing within — and sometimes inventing — brand identities.

• Using AI tools (like Midjourney, Runway, Firefly) to go from idea to WOW.

• Presenting your work without the awkward ‘uhm’s.

• Teaming up, taking feedback like a champ, and giving it too (even to the Creative Director).

• What it’s like to be in a fast-moving, high-trust creative agency where your work matters.

You Are

• A design student or recent grad with a solid portfolio.

• Confident using Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere), Figma, and basic editing tools.

• Not afraid to try new things (yes, we mean AI).

• Detail-obsessed, but not deadline-blind.

• Creative, a little cheeky, and someone we’d love to hang out with during lunch.

Bonus points if you:

• Know your way around motion design / After Effects

• Have experience creating content for TikTok / IG

• Like contributing to concepts (we love designers who think, too)
